What is the Core Stabilizing Fitness System?

After working as a certified Personal Fitness Coach for ten years, my approach evolved into what in now known as “Core Stabilizing Fitness” – or CSF.  Balance is the foundation upon which all other performance components are built. CSF is an exercise system focused on improving flexibility and strength, working from the core of the body using the stabilizing muscle groups to increase lean muscle tone. This may sound confusing, or even complicated, but it is just the opposite. The CSF System not only develops lean muscle tone quickly and successfully, you can also expect to decrease body fat. Results come from “working from the core.” The key is Max's revolutionary approach – his easy sequencing from the stabilizing muscles to the major muscles, guaranteed to shape and sculpt long, lean muscles.

Working from the Core

This one of-a-kind fitness program gets your body strong and lean – quickly and safely. The CSF system, using the stabilizer muscles, directly affects the ability of the prime muscle groups, so not only the major muscles burn calories. Since you are working from the smaller muscles that you can't see, you are truly "working from the core" -- from the inside out to create lasting change. The CSF system targets the abs like no other system, enabling the torso to become lean and strong.

Using tools such as a Body Ball, Bosu Ball, The Reformer and Core Board, there are literally a hundred exercises that can address any area of concern. Beginning Students

Because the CSF System works with stabilizer muscles, this creates a great foundation for a strong muscle skeleton system. This program helps develop your central nervous system, allowing you to find the path of least resistance. As a result, your body will begin to move and operate more efficiently. Your kinesthetic awareness grows as your body becomes lean. When working with these stabilizer muscles to make them strong, you increase the motor function because they directly affect the ability of the prime muscle to be strong, long and lean.  

Advanced Students

Balance is the foundation of CSF. Because of this it increases your performance, stimulating even the most advanced student's body. If your background is in body developing and agility, it will increase your love for working out, as you quickly see your body improve. This system will work your abs like no other system on the market. Your ability to improvise and adjust to an ever-changing set of circumstances has an enormous impact on your degree of fitness, because when working from the core you have to find the path of least resistance making your workout challenging in a pursuit for balance and grace.

Weight Loss

The magic comes from working from the core, creating more muscle tone even from the smaller muscle to the prime muscles. This is generating more muscle tone. More muscle tone means fat being used for energy. The CSF creates muscles that are lean, creating a fat-burning body.

When should I see results?

If you follow the program, you will love the results. The key is consistency. If you’re consistent with your workouts and adhere to the ongoing nutritional information with Max’s three component program, you will get results faster than you thought possible. Can I follow this program if I'm very overweight? If so, when could I expect to see results?

Yes, But if you have concerns about your health and/or are very overweight, you should consult your doctor before you start this program. Then try the CSF system.
